Recipe & Ingredients
In a pressure cooker we will add 1-1/2 kg mutton, 6 tomatoes, 1-1/2 TSP salt, 1-1/2 TSP red chilli powder, 2 TBSP ginger / garlic paste and 1/2 liter water.
We will cook this for 20 minutes in pressure cooker.
After pressure is over. We will shift this into a karahi and cook for 3-4 minutes on high flame. Then we will add 200 gram butter and let it cook for 3-4 more minutes.
Then we will add slices of ginger and 8-10 red whole chillies and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
After that we will add 2-3 green chillies, 2-3 TBSP desi ghee and 100 gram yogurt and will let it cook for couple for 2-3 minutes.
Lastly we will add 1-1/2 TSP black pepper and 1/2 TSP coriander powder. Will just cook for a minute and our special mutton karahi is ready to be served!
