Little known fact: if you press the ‘Mark’ button on your TGP MFD it activates your IR laser making it visible for everyone with Nods on to be able to see what you’re marking via a massive laser pointer. Additionally you don’t need your APU on after you start your engines (it’ll save fuel). Great vid 👍

We used IR marks throughout. It's just hard to see in the video (white phos + sunrise). I used to turn my APU off but got tired of the battery whining at me every time I idled the throttle longer than 10 seconds lol.

I got this game brought a connection cable to my oculus and everything watched a bunch of tutorials on how to set up pcvr because I really wanted this game, I loaded in and it said failed to load and I don’t know what I did wrong, spent one hour trying to fix it and never found out what was wrong still watch some content on it but it’s unfortunate pcvr isn’t that accessible 😢 keep up the good work thought love you TAVR and VTOL videos 😊

I believe in you, vr can be a nightmare sometimes but the struggle is worth it. Do your best to fully understand the problem before you start looking for solutions. Think about what symptoms you see and what they could cause. Bugs are super annoying but usually there is someone out there who has the same problem as you and wrote about it.

I see a lot of people moving the stick really far left, so much that it's almost in the center; there's an option for center joystick in the game MFD menu for each aircraft, for me it makes it way easier to control, and you can swap hands if you've to mess about with something on the right side (rare but not never!!) Especially for the Helo and 26, but I'm getting used to using them in every aircraft

A note for next time, I would really appreciate some baked in nameplates, you can make them subtle, I just want to know who some of these other pilots are. Only a few minutes in so maybe you don’t switch back to them after takeoff but food for thought

I'm pretty sure they're in the game to give you a rough indicator of the forces your character is experiencing. (and because VTOL VR is a bit of a goofy game)
