I'm not sure if its common that a Army General would command 30k+ Marines; I assume he came with the Blackhawks. He's very upset that the world didn't erupt into all out war so in MW2 he decided to start WW3 for "AMERICA!" I guess.

To solve the great reload debate at 16:56, you can see that the ammo count in the bottom right corner had 2 bullets left when he reloaded the gun.

Also the bolt release on the acr is operated by your trigger finger. The bolts released with a vertically moving slider infront of the trigger. In fact all controls on a acr can be used with your primary hand still on the rear grip. Be you left or right handed. With the exception of charging the weapon. So even if he did run the gun empty. He'd drop the mag with his primary hand insert a new one with his front hand and as be puts in front hand back in place his rear hand would release the bolt.

The reason why Shepard killed roach and ghost was to hide up the fact he started the war because he had the one ranger infiltrate Makarovs group and shot up and airport in Russia which started the war and I’m sure the ranger was giving information to Shepard and he did nothing about it and didn’t warn Russia or anything also he had what he need to become a war hero and take down Makarov himself

@@whiskeysshoothouse632 it's literally on the screen, so look right next to the round counter, there is a hud representation of how many rounds are left in the weapon. Also, no one is going to stop and strip rounds from a partially fired mag to make a full mag, also they aren't just throwing away the partially fired mags, most likely they are dropping it into a drop pouch or putting them back into their mag pouches.
