mgt of acute heart problem is at hear institute so these people shd be directed/ guided to the right place . in one of the big parliamentary sessions, cabinet or kyakwazi meeting we can orient these people where services are . the facilities we have and what they offer. U can't have a heart attack and u go to mengo🤭
