@@STW0173 no about the law in California. And the actual legal proceedings of the case. It still involves two more tiers of decision makers. It’s the law in the state. The jury hung once and then they threw out evidence admitted in the first trial in the second. If the evidence was in trial the second time they would have been charged with manslaughter and they would be out in time served. Because the DA lost the OJ case within months of the second trial it is general consensus even from critical Pundits that the case was altered under political motivation from Gil Garcetti. Now that the DA has recommended, it still has to be approved by a judge and then go in front of a parole board. That’s what I mean by get educated- about the law.
