2021 SPM candidate here, found your video just before it began and I managed to speedrun 2 years of Bio content into notes in just a week in total and memorized it ALL during the all-nighter b4 exam. Do you memorise first then do some exercise for biology or u just do the exercise and rujuk notes at the same time?

I studied and memorised for a bit before attempting the exercise. Referring notes while doing exercise gives a false sense of security if you get a lot of corrects. Try it out by yourself and refer to the notes after you mark your corrects and wrongs. Then you'll know your weak areas and can work on them ;)
