That’s the old Rescue 10 from Mastic Fire Dept out by me in Long Island! It responded to the trade center on 9-11. Hence the 10 seen on the rear cabinet door.

These put our brand new trucks to shame. Of course none of the US trucks would be workable around here, too big for our tiny streets and narrow lanes. Love the Q sirens, maybe one day each service type will use a specific siren sound to identify the units. Like we used to know when a fire engine was coming because they had the two tone air horns. These days it could be anything. Big respect to the DIA and airport tenders, huge bits of kit 👍

Need to get rid of the outdated strobes. Can barely see them and not effective. Besides, can ‘t get replacement parts anymore. Our station has a Smeal rescue/engine that’s going to cost $3k + to swap out the strobe heads for LEDs as most don’t work and parts are non-existent.

I moved from Hinsdale , Illinois to Flippin Arkansas in July of 1999 and I volunteered for the Flippin Fire Department for 14 years and I had gotten married but gotten a devoice in 2012 because my ex wife Michelle didn't love me like I did her and I moved to Mountain Home Arkansas 4 years ago and I go to Eastside Baptist church in Mountain Home Arkansas and I am on the Welcoming Committee and the Men's Ministry and the Connet Group on Tuesday nights and I volunteer in the Community too
