Every. Single. Day - Chemical exfoliators >>>>>>> Physical exfoliators - YES to Niacinamide - (Drying) Alcohol in ingredients = DON’T BUY - No raw coconut oil on skin! If you do you’re choosing death - We like ‘The Ordinary’ and ‘CeraVe’ -We also stan ‘The Inkey list’ - Always moisturize (even if u have oily skin) - We need to take down St. Ives - We do shoulder shakes daily ;)

I'm CONVINCED that these celebrities don't actually use the products they say they do in their skin care routine videos. I just DON'T. They have access to THE best facials, peels, IV injections, spa treatments..... C'mon! They might wash their face, but, no... I don't believe that's what gives them their flawless skin. And the vast majority of us will never know if a $450.00 bottle of moisturizer they "use" actually works like the celebrities say they do, bc..... Well... We can't afford it to even put it to the test! It's just marketing, product placement, with a mix of "we're in this together bc we're in the same boat; I'm JUST like you regular people too," to sell, sell, sell! EDIT: WOW! I never gotten past 6 likes on a comment. This blew up! Thanks for the likes everyone. Happy New Year!
@imbonniefox4 жыл бұрын
right!? I am always thinking that especially since lately a lot of them use the same product line for every product did you see the most recent one where the girl use Sarah Chapman everything and it seem like even hear a lily Collins using land come everything I mean I understand she just filmed the movie in Paris and land come is French right? But you’re so right these people have so much freaking money and barely any time on their hands and they probably have people do their skin for them they probably go to an aesthetician on a regular basis sometimes you can even hear them say things like I’m using this because somebody used it on me....And also yeah how do we know that the company brand they’re using for all their skin care products is in paying them to use their products so people that are obsessed with that specific celebrity are like oh my God Lily Colin uses land come I have to get Lancôme! And don’t get me started on on lancôme! don’t get me wrong the products work and they’re good but the pricing is ridiculous they’re charging us way more than what it cost them to make these products!!!

Common misconception: you can't really 'lubricate' your vocal cords as the cords are in your larynx. If water got into your larynx, you would choke because it connects to your lungs via the trachea. If she's spraying that product, it's to hydrate the back of her throat (ie. soft palette) because that is what becomes dry.

Right so don’t drink coffee but DO get hydrated because if you haven’t drank enough that day you won’t hit all your notes. This is just the English language. That’s why people say one thing but it doesn’t mean that.

Anyone at any time can develop a skin sensitivity or contact dermatitis, though - fragrance increases that risk, regardless if you have sensitive skin. Just because it’s not illegal for these companies to put fragrance in skin care, doesn’t mean it should be in there. It has no benefit for the skin and can only cause problems. I highly recommend you check out Dr. Dray’s channel, she is a dermatologist and does a wonderful job explaining this better. 🥰

But like mentioned at the beginning Hyram is correct obviously when it comes to essential oils.

@IA-ji9jr4 жыл бұрын
@@raigenhuss7030 actually in the case of propolis it is not that incorrect. It can have adverse over reactions by your immune system like allergic reactions. Prolonged use can also lead to your mucous membranes (especially in your nose) to dry out because it messes with the bacteria there two. Though there are promising studies on its benefits in labs and mice there is not enaught data for it to be medication jet. So legally speaking you can not claim those finding in many countries. So often “immune booting” is the only tune of phrase companies can use to describe the effects of propolis. I have been using it for may years now with the ok of my ear-nose and throat doctor as I am very prone to bronchitis and would have to use antibiotics way to often otherwise. Though generally I agree 100% with you, that natural medicine and claims of immune boosting should be taken with a bucket of salt, propolis can be really helpful if you feel something coming one. I see it as one tool in my Arsenal like getting more sleep and eating chicken soup, though I do believe it is a bit more effective than those other two. Lastly though I normally dislike the “it has been used though out history” argument, as we have died of horrible medical cures in the past, propolis was successfully used by the red army in WWII as one of its primary medicines mostly due to its antibiotic properties (fun fact: also why it is called Russian penicillin). I a time where antibiotic resistant bacteria becomes an issue because of the over use of antibiotics like penicillin an alternative for less severe viral infections should be dismissed outright because of marketing language chosen due to legal restrictions
@marija19224 жыл бұрын
@@raigenhuss7030 I hear you. I am allergic myself so I am familiar with unwanted immune reaction. I also agree that companies use that term losely just to boost (👀) sales. But I really meant it when I said that propolis is immuno-boosting because there are studies showing it can stimulate activity of macrophages and natural killer cells (important cells in immune system).
