🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥when your Dad talks and smiles i can definitely see the resemblance..im in my 40s and my mom and pops looks young as well...they always stayed fit, worked out, cycled, jog, ate right, etc...when i go out with my 27 year old daughter they automatically think its my girlfriend or something...😅😅..our families are blessed w great genetics

That’s awesome to hear! I’m happy for your family and Bro, you ARE blessed. I am too! I truly try to enjoy and live in those moments. I think it’s dope that Dad and I have many of the same passions. I guess the Apple don’t fall too far from the tree, 🤣 Did your family get you into Cycling? Or did you find the Sport on your own? #RobbArmstrong

@robbarmstrong8702 my father was always athletic and my mom's always ran track..she's now in her late 60s and still jogs..we all gave up eating red meats back in the 90s due to my father predicting what is actually happening now to the meats & food industry...lol..I recently brought her a giant liv hybrid bike..she loves it...im in Brooklyn NY and they recently moved back down south to their southern roots..lol..I've been working out since the late 90s to stay fit...these new GenZ babies don't have a clue...lol

You and your Dad is a vibe! Good stuff! I'm 49, and old school AF. Steel is real and I love my 80's Columbus tubing race bike but I was looking for something new and ended up with an Allez Sprint. It came with mechanical 105 and really heavy super thin wheels. My first impression wasn't a good one at all. I got a size 49 and it weighed in at almost 9kgs and sadly I didn't feel the instant power transfer and speed that everyone was talking about. I put on a set of ENVE 65's and damn that totally changed everything (looks mean, sounds mean and the bike feels so much faster). I'd say the Allez Sprint frame is worth it. Far from cheap, but worth it. I'm ripping the 105 mechanical off and going 1x SRAM Red with XPLR rear cassette and derailleur. Hoping to get the bike down to just under 8kg's. The temptation to splash out on an S-WORKS Tarmac frame is a thing, but for now the Allez is holding that at bay.

Yeah, I have several and two high-end carbon bikes, Time, but the Allez Sprint - it’s a series now going into its 9th (10th?) year for a reason.

Any chance of a video with some tips & tricks on building up a road bike for the first time? My plan is to start looking for deals on parts and get an allez once available

how's the vibration damping compared to a carbon bike? I have slight hand fatigue from my entry level aluminum, plus my frame is very flexy. great content btw.
