28:38 Early release 03 Grand marquis have a clock outside of the radio, they have seat map pockets under the knee areas of the front seat outboard people, they have an under hood light, they have a locking fuel door, they have metal timing tensioners, they have weird brackets welded to the frame under the car so they could run these new frames along side the old frames bx they still made both cars in the start, but when they stopped making the 02 cars totally, they changed the assembly line, so they no longer needed these brackets, super super early 03 have a 3 wire power steering pressure switch with a round plug-in vs a square 2-wire one used on regular 03+ early 03's also still have a fuel rail pressure test port the hood ornament was only 04 and 05 and it is very rare!!!! what a beautiful car!!!

Job 1 2003 cars have the clock, Job 2 2003 cars moved it to the radio. Job 2 2003 gained the "Grand Marquis" script in place of the clock. That is a really neat color combo. Great condition. Well serviced. All the normal issues/flaws are addressed. What a great deal for someone.

04:49 you can see the mercury logo on the side marker light, for sure an OEM garage Queen car... had it sat outside those driver's side light lenses would be sun faded.

31:34 early 04s still have the polished aluminum differential cover. they went to a black diff cover near the end of the 04 production run.

The factory usually put a Lincoln hood ornament on these Grand Marquis at this time. Owned a few. These Mercury hood ornaments are rare during this time.

They also went to an older wiper arm design on the final years for some reason they moved away from more hidden much better looking coat hook arms to the pin style like 80s and before cars. Very weird but they did. Being a mechanic, detailer, prebankrupsy GM and older Mopar guy i can honestly say the Ford Panther platform is one of the most robust platforms ever made

You're lucky because Cincinnati doesn't get a lot of snow and ice and they don't use very little salt down there. Now a car from up by Cleveland,Akron or even Canton there would be a lot of rust on her. The only way you get cars from that area that don't have a lot of rust on them is because, they were owned by snowbirds.Snowbirds take them down to Florida after Thanksgiving in the winter and don't come back until after Easter. Also older people tend to take really good care of their cars. It is a beautiful car.

Yeah, Mercury and Ford got rid of their dedicated clocks and instead included the clock in the radio display. Happened mid 03 or so. I had a blue Marauder which had the clock in the radio and the blues were not oart of the initiall 03 offering.

Ironic, I just bought this same vehicle on Friday, a few days ago. My first panther body car. Same two tone color package GS as this one with the hood ornament. Mine is a 2005 with 122k, same interior color but with cloth, fully stock, all manual options, no digital, no rust, full size spare, clean. Paint has flaked in spots and touched up. Still holds a shine. Older gent, he did add a hitch. Mine has the cassette and cd stereo, no changer. Clock is only on the stereo, no built in dash/console. An odd thing I noticed is that my cruise control looks a less refined/built in, almost like an afterthought how it was added.. but it works well.

I had an 04 lx sport to...the handles were color matched as well...just had chrome around the windows...I had the moonroof which was nice to have!

No the LS ultimate had the clock in the middle to have to the right the Grand Marquis LS precision trac on the right because of air suspension
