Festuca glauca or blue fescue are the blue balls 🤣 the low green groundcover is blue pacific juniper

Great suggestion- however we would have to wait about 15 years to do so. Fire Chief is patented, thus protected making it illegal to propagate. Patents last 20 years I believe.
