Sometimes it can be very difficult, but if you are suspicous of someone cheating, look at the death recap. If they hit you for 75% headshots in one burst of damage then they are more than likely cheating. Don't get me wrong people are insane at this game skill wise, and I get dumped on all the time.

I wouldn't be surprised that the game doesn't purposely give you bad matches or puts you in positions where you're going to lose. Because there is a form of predictive aggregorithm that the game employs. Because I've seen the game give the kill to the other player.
