Night in the Woods SPEEDPAINT

yeah I didn't have much of a title for this one haha.
Part of me is super sad because I lost 45 minutes of recording when making this video. :C And I was NOT about to stretch what I had to 10 minutes, that would be such a boring BORING video cuz it would drag on so much.
I started this painting on Twitch during a live stream! :D Which you can actually see here! / 135292955 (Also guys I livestream on Twitch every Monday through Wednesday, Monday and Tuesday is around 2 to 3pm AZ time, and Wednesday nights at like 11 or 12PM) I went into this painting kinda blind but it was what the people in my Stream wanted haha XD so I ended up painting this. :)
but after the stream I started watching Jacksepticeye's lets play so I could actually know more about the game and understand it. XD I immediately saw that some of my details were off such as some of the colors of the eyes and the fact that Mae had sleeves so I was really quick to fix those. XD
It's a really cute game! super casual and adorable. :) I like it! :D

I honestly love how you stuck to the cartoony style of the game, while also making it to where someone can easily tell that it's /your/ artwork! Aside from your piece of Pearl, this one has to be a quick favorite of mine. I love the colors and how they merged together like that, it makes the piece have more of a aesthetic feel to it. But I do wonder, do your hands hurt after making something like this?? They've got to hurt in the slightest, right?

hahah thank you so much for the kind words!!! My hands don't really hurt after making a painting as I usually only work on them a few hours at a time. What does make my hands ache or hurt is animating for like 8 or so hours straight in one sitting lol hahah that can really wear on my hand, especially if I animate a few days in a row. XD

WalkingMelonsAAA You're pretty fast when it comes to painting though, especially with the amount of detail you normally put into you're pieces. :0 I'm honestly surprised you're hands don't hurt. xD It normally takes me about 24 hours to do a full digital painting WITHOUT a background, and my hands normally end up aching even when I do take breaks. ;; I guess speed comes with practice xD Also, don't strain yourself too much with animating, I know you're trying to get megalovania out there as soon as possible for everybody waiting on it, but please don't stress yourself out too much on it, it will look much better and you will feel much better if you take you're time on it. ;w;

Attempting for an hour makes my hands die, though I dont have proper animation software to make any real animations, or even a computer for that matter.
