A blazing trail in the *Arab* world. Malta is the *ONLY Arab* country in the European Union and *Maltese* is the *Only* dialect of *ARABIC* to have official status in the EU. Joseph Muscat was the *FIRST* ethnic *ARAB* to address an EU parliament and shows that Malta is the most westernised, christian and civilised *Arab* nation.
