when you were talking about the steps for the multiple opposition approach, you mentioned the third step as spontaneous contrasts, but in my textbook, the third step is stated as Interactive play, which my book goes on to define as , the child engages in play with the new contrasts, which allows the child to be exposed to a more naturalistic context. It is hoped that practice with hearing the correct contrasts and using them may generalize to other contexts. so I was wondering which one was correct.

when you mention that they are missing at least 6 sounds across three manner categories do you mean Place of Articulation, Manner of Articulation, and Voicing or is it something different.

This video was great! I have a client with a significant phoneme collapse. We are now at step 3. Can you elaborate on "untrained treatment sets"? Does this mean I need to provide another set of 5 words? I'd love more info on generalization beyond step 3 & 4 (:
