Speed dial in every EUREKA coffee grinder with a Comandante C40 - the Grinder Equation

Just a Video I wanted to share with you for speed dialling in your EUREKA Migon XL, Specialita, Libra or Single Dose ... . I found it phenomenal how reliable this method works on my EUREKA Grinders. Let me know in the comment section of the equation works for you as well!

Still fiddling with my new Tashoven Hybrid pizza oven, I have no time to nerd about my Espresso setup :) But I have one suggestion: You should try the beans from Caffe Fausto in Munich, excellent stuff!

thank you for this video. I'm curious to know your feeling about the result in cup. Is the espresso shot with ground coffee on the C40 at the same quality level as the one shot with ground coffee on the XL? And between the specialita and the XL, is there a significant difference?

Thanks a lot for the feedback! For me personally, if I really want to enjoy my cup of coffee, I always use the C 40 (currently with Fausto Monaco)! I love, it’s great, flexibility, and result in the cup! Are use the XL or Libra/Spezialita for the quick coffee in between, or if I serve coffee to guests in the office, or at home 😉

@@hinze55555 then maybe you are made for the conical wheels. You have to try the Niche Zero (I own, very well, I have the C40 too).
