Really nice workflow! Thanks for creating great content, we're learning a lot! Does substance painter have a steep learning curve, for let's say, low poly stylized painting?

Glad to hear :) It is pretty easy to learn for low poly (simple) stuff. You basically use their generators to generate different things like AO, edge wear etc., you have layers like in photoshop, you have many sliders for different effects etc.

I know the video is a few months old now but still very helpful cheers! Can I ask how you decide to mark seams? Why in the spots you do? Is that just where the sharp edges are on the high poly model? ty!

I usually unwrap where the hard edges are but for the rocks and more organic stuff I unwrap the way the texture isn't stretched anywhere. It really depends what you unwrap and what texturing workflow you use.

Somebody knows why when I import my rock on unreal engine and add the material to it, it looks completely different than the rock that I have in substance painter? If anyone can help I will be really greatful

Different lighting settings? Different post processing effects? Upload both screenshots on IMGUR and give me links, I will check them.

Out of curiosity, why not desolate and then shrink wrap?

You mean Decimate (blender) and then shrink wrap? I find decimating pretty accurate, but yeah if you want you can also shrink wrap or even manually fix some mesh problems. I usually just want to do it as fast as possible for my videos.
