Another method for solving dividends of 5 is : Eg : 565/5 (multiply the numerator into 2 from right side) let's say : 56 × 2 = 112 Then always take the last digit as decimal, i.e, 5*2 = 1.0 So, 112 + 1= 113 For numbers above 1000 Eg : 1143 (remember 3 will be a decimal point since it is the last digit, multiplied seperately × 2 = 6 = 0.6) Then 114*2 = 228 Therefore, 228 + 0.6 = 228.6 Check it out for any number divided by 5, cheerios!

except that multiplication thing i used to do all these things in my daily transaction. No one taught me these, may be because of daily transactions in my shop. After seeing these tricks CAT looks easy but i have a problem I'm not a hard working, perseverance person. I quit easily that's why getting anxious. And top of that only 3 months are remaining. and i started now. :(

For 779*781 you can take 800 as temporary base so -21 and -19 so the values will be 760 | 399 then multiply 760*8 ( as base should be brought to 100) So it will be 6080 | 399 and as the right side is more than the base no. So shift 3 to left by adding it so the final answer will be 608399
