After seeing so many mini painting KZbinrs with neatly organised painting spaces, your setup is a breath of fresh air that makes me feel so much better about my own chaotic desk

I am a commission painter, short of models being pulled off of or put on trays for organization. Looks about normal for my workspace. Well it is missing the labeled box full of paints for the job being used as a coffee coaster

So much chaotic energy in this video. Love the airbrush, but when there’s an issue it’s a pain to figure out. Especially when you’re all set to Do Work, and then… you can’t, because nothing is spraying. Even though you know you cleaned the thing.

Always appreciate it when you capture the chaos of pantsing through a paintjob and striking gold. That's the beauty of the hobby.

Hell yeah dude. They look awesome, good stuff. That extra airbrushing time was absolutely worth it, they definitely popped after that.

Looks great man! The jewels and decals really add so much interest and detail. And I think you should fix the bases before you go much further. Hitting them with a little sandpaper and partially repainting the rims shouldn’t take too much time.

Yeah you’re probably right, I should try sandpaper. Having given it some time since recording this, I don’t think the gunk is that bad but i should at least try sandpaper.

Great painting, and fantastically entertaining vid. Your chaotic passion for the hobby motivates and inspires.

Oh mate, I feel your pain. I went live on Insta for the first time and my airbrush crapped out on me immediately after my intro. Bah! Golden is a worker owned company. Which, if it wasn't already, makes it great paint!

I have like 3k+ points of Eldar and have never painted a single gem, impressive shit. That gradient is really rad.

Really enjoyed this. I've never used an airbrush. I have enough trouble with the normal kind. Hope you keep making videos [14th edit]

I use the same inks. White always spatters. Still can’t work out why. All the other colours work a dream.

You are a machine. I wish I could get an army done as fast. The only white I use with my airbrush lately is Vallejo white ink that comes in the glass bottle with dropper

oh dude, you use Mod Podge! That's the exact bottle i use for varnishing! Do you use it just for varnishing models? Otherwise what else do you use it for and also do you put on one or two coats when varnishing? great video btw

Shoot your primer without thinner at 30 psi. Vallejo works better without it.
