Yea 100%. I played a game of MtG commander at my LGS and one of my opps just kept saying "this deck is so bad oh my god" while playing 50$ cards and eventually comboing off and winning.

My favorite list is literally just 100 skeletons with a necromancer and cado ezechiar. It's always a hit when I bring it out. It's funny but also can run as a decent horde

@john_huskey I'll have to try that when when I can afford the bone boys. Sounds awesome. My current list is a vamp lord, wight king (general) 20 grave guard, and 20 death rattle skeletons. Trying to get some proxys for about 10 black knights and a wight king on skeletal steed. Hoping I can use an emerald lifeswarm and a mortis engine to keep my guys coming back

I ran a meme list for one of my local escalation leagues. They started at 1000 points so i was like "eh ill bring a silly bugyy list" was like 3 meks, 3 trakkjets, 3 shokjumps, 3 boostas, and like 20 grots. And unexpectedly it absolutely crushed and i ended up placing second out of 18 somehow. The 2+ dragstas absolutely oblitered everyones characters and alot of people brought really expensive legendary characters.

As a Stompa Appreciator from the moment I got into warhammer almost a year ago, it's hard to agrue any list I've built isnt a meme on some level. Ive done a 2000pt game of duo Stompas, I've ran 3 Lords of Skulls, etc. I've only played casual games with friends who knew well ahead of time that these lists were my intention, so the rare times I won had us both cheering. Then again, we all chant and cheer for any deadly demise roll, so perhaps we're just busted.

I made an Aircraft focused list for Orks. I'm running it as Dread mob so I can take gretchin as battleline (lets me have more models so i can bring more planes) Rocking a Big Mek, Big Mek W/SA, Zodgrod Wortsnagga, 5 squads of 20 gretchin, 1 squad of 10 gretchin, 1 squad of 6 killa kans, 2 squads of lootas, and 2 dakka jets, 2 wazbomb, 2 blitzabombas.

Playing Warhammer competitively is sort of like playing super smash Brothers melee competitively. The game is built from the ground up for you to not do that, you’re surrounded by the sweatiest, most poorly adjusted people on the planet, and you should really feel bad for even trying to play this way.
