Where would you recommend buying contrast paint and are there any specific kits you'd order. Primarily Red Orks and just bought a Salamanders army.

What if you were doing “red” Ork skin with Vallejo paints? (I know green is da best git)

"Plate your miniatures." I like that. I believe the issue with your airbrush is something is gunking up the area near the needle tip. I've had it happen a couple of times. Just disassemble and clean everything.

Pro pro tip, if you paint your orks purple, you only need to do the base since they're so stealthy.

Funnily enough I have a BIG GW Wyvern with a Black Ork boss on it. Haven't touched it other than to look at it because it is a block of metal and there is a stack of pinning to do. Also, for some reason I am not getting the image of the colouring for it, where as the imagery for the Dark Elf Dragon flowed like silk. Any tips for inspiration?

Interesting, they remind me of combat footage where the imagery was in sepia tones instead of black and white.

At around the three hour mark I started wondering... clearly this kind of society has a lot of redundancy and missing one worker probably isn't going to hurt much. But the viewer is at least somewhat useful to others, and likewise should have some personal sense of duty, no? Yet no one is looking for them, and more importantly they are not looking for a way out. There's this contrast between the astonishing accomplishment of the great machine works you are looking at and the implied shared recognition of futility by the worker and those responsible for them.
