I knew the rs had potential. I think it can hit 10s with a nx2 and built short block. All we see online is low 12s and very few 11s.

Should sell a mahle piston/rod & turbo kit for the 2.3 mustang, especially for those 15-19’s that don’t have the stronger connecting rods, so this swap can be done on the ecoboost as well

I bought their Pop and drop kit for my Focus ST back in 2014 and it held 422whp like a champ till I sold it. My current RS makes 440 whp with NX2 and E30 over a yr no issues on stock block stock internals. If this pop and drop kit can handle 500 to 550whp on the stock open deck with upgraded fuel to run e50 I'll do it but I don't trust the open deck hmmm 🤔 but as long as the tune is flawless and no knock to damage the cylinder walls I suspect it can hold the power...I'm just hesitant to pay to transfer everything to a closed deck. Shops change too much...pop and drop labor is wayyyyyyy cheaper.

With a built engine, how much more hp/tq can you get out of stock turbo on 93 octane, WITHOUT compromising turbo life too much.

Why are these taking so long to crack 10s ? I would’ve thought this was the platform to beat. The fwd type Rs are into the 9s. One ran a 9.6 at 141mph

this was done overnight at the shop. Probably a good 8-10hrs
