If they did, they couldn't sell it...legally. The EPA and other Government institution have passed laws about how much water washers can use. The "DEEP WATER" or "DEEP CYCLE" allows owners to temporarily override those limitations. I can't remember if it is 2025 or 2030 when that override will not be allowed anymore.. I joke about how deep immersion washers and how you should stock up parts. The reality is, that day is coming very fast. The Government knows how well built the Speed Queen's are. The only way to force consumers into a front loader is to limit or ban parts for older machines.

exactly…personally, had Samsung, Whirlpool, LG l, and so other builder grade and all of them lasted over 8 years with everything thrown at it. Yes Speed Queens are built well but it’s not the end all. Finally if you can assemble kids toys, you can go to KZbin and fix your washer and dryer your self. There are so many tutorials on KZbin. My personal experience and thoughts.

Hey when I was younger actually top loaders where not that big on capacity, but they where built like tanks in American factories. So you have a big family well you are going to have to do more loads even if you have a front loader. We had Kenmore washers and a big family never had issues.
@user-kf5og6xz8g9 ай бұрын
Sir ... Mostly majority of laundromat machines like Wascomat/Electrolux or Dexter Speed Queen front loaders HAVE A DROP DUMP FOR FULL WATER EMPTYING . Which leaves mostly no standing water in the outer Tubes. And if the little scum or particles will be killed by detergent and or dryers eliminates those particles at 150 to 160 F . And doing comforters should be washed at the Laundromat like heavy queen or King size should do better washing in front loaders. In larger drums and hefty machines that handle them properly .

Why not talk about the front loading Speed Queen? They do have a larger capacity than the top loader, they clean better, can fit a queen sized blanket easily.

@gbriank1Ай бұрын
@@user-oq5bv8ue4c I have friends that go through a new washer every 5 years or so and the dryer 8 years. They are a busy family of five. Laundry twice a day. The allure of a $800 machine somehow keeps getting chosen. They are on machine 6 (or 7) in the last 20 years. I keep telling them to buy a front load SQ. As for dryers, SQ isn't anything special. Just buy whatever moisture sensor'd machine you can.

If you find yourself doing blankets a lot, get a good old fashioned whirlpool Kenmore kitchenaid direct drive washer, or an older speed queen. The new speed queens, I don’t care of it’s the classic one, is not built on the same reliability as it once used to and is compromised by a digital control panel. The old mechanical machines are the hands down best machines. Don’t ever buy a new washer. Biggest mistake you’ll make when it comes to appliance buying. Also, SQ machines are highly overpriced. The new speed queens are really only worth about 600 at the most, yet they sell them for 2,500 a set, if not more.

its there in the outer drum, you are looking at the inner drum. we usually run an empty load on hot cycle every few months to freshen them up, but that's pretty much the extent of it.
