This is honestly one of the best game soundtracks I've ever heard. It completely captures the amazment of the movie with a little bit of cheesy parts, which I love. This soundtrack, along with the movie, is so underrated.

Thanks for posting. This is really a surprisingly good game, especially for a movie tie-in, with a lot of quality touches. Sidhe Interactive (Grip Shift) came up with some great Wii controls, and Winifred Phillips (who won a bunch of awards for her God of War music) did the score. And apparently Wachowskis VFX collaborators John Gaeta and Dan Glass contributed heavily to the look and feel. It's great to have this awesomely over-the-top track on KZbin.

+steve gamer 2003 Prince Kabala really is dead. In the classic series, Prince Kabala turned out to be Racer X, in disguise.

@@mrburke4194 some other inaccuracies was the existence of the T-180, the closest thing I can akin it to is the formula cars in the original and the battle race in X, so is Rex faking his death, another thing(these I can't find parallels to) is that the Mammoth Car is much shorter than in the original(being closer to a truck than the train-like vehicle in the original series) Crusher Block(I think that’s his name) being on the Mammoth Car, Rex having surgery on his face, how Snake Oiler got eliminated in the rally being much more similar to his debut and his brother’s death. No connection with the GRX(which was just an engine), the fact nobody dies, such as if the ‘I got Racer’ bit from the film been in an episode , that guy would have died(can’t remember his name though), probably some others as well. But there were some plot lines that wouldn’t make sense in the movie, such as(using episode names) ‘The Car Hater’, ‘Motorcycle Apaches’ and a few others

Paulo Fernandes yeah, the ps2 version came later, alongside the dve release of the movie, instead of theatrical release, so for those who waited, they gave them 5 bonus characters

@theiceisnice Well mine is on the PS2, the PS2 has some bonus characters and a bonus track.. So they might be one of the bonus characters... If you don't have Scooter Dicky and Sam 'Lightning' Storm then I'm guessing you don't have Kakkoi Tepodama and Sweet Tooth Jangala... And the bonus track for PS2 is called Skordst..

@theiceisnice The last three cars code will only unlock Mariana Zanja, Esther Rev Reddy and Denise Mobile.. You can unlock Scooter Dicky and Sam Storm by finishing the last couple of championships on Speed 3. Their one of the last people you can unlock.. I'm playin it on the PS2..

@Shirako1 I've cleared all the speeds (1-3) and 4 (mirror) and still no sign of those characters. Not even any darkened silhouettes in the character select screen. Either I'm not doing something right or they're not in the game (I'm playing the Wii version). What about you? Have you unlocked them?
