Concealer hack from a 48 year old that also struggled with crepe, dry looking under eyes after applying powder...put a tiny bit of setting spray on your fingers, pat it into your undereye and keep eyes open to fan dry (so lines won't crease). Once dry, then apply powder...AMAZING!!!

Yes that works, lately I have been spraying my concealer brush with Mac Fix plus then pat in concealer and it works, then I set with powder. I forgot who I saw doing this.💖

My eyes are the same; they get oily through the day. And I have hooded lids, so double whammy. If you haven't found a good primer, the one I've been using and works is the smashbox photo finish eyeshadow primer. I also think the nars smudgeproof eyeshadow primer and the makeup for ever lip and eye primer is good too (smashbox is the most cost effective out of the three). I also set near the brow bone area (where I'm prone to have mascara rub off there) with some matiffying powder.

Right!!! I need to use nyx’s glitter glue and then a regular UD eyeshadow primer for my eyeshadow to stay at least more than 1 hour 😩 We drowning in oil in this bitch, If my eyelids become hot enough, I can fry some eggs on them 😂

I have a video idea: your favorite products for each category regardless of price. Like fave lip gloss, fave non shimmer lip gloss, fave plumping gloss, fave topper gloss, fave gloss for on its own, fave matte lipstick, fave sheen lipstick, etc. Like make a video for each category (lips, eyes, face) and really go into each type of product within each and pick a fave regardless of its price.

Yes! That Nars foundation is my favorite foundation right now! It’s truly mask proof, not that it won’t transfer, but the makeup stays the same way after all day of mask wearing. Love it so much!❤️

I wanted to share my shade for the foundation. We have similar skin tones. I use yukon and it is a great shade match for me. I chose a different shade that was VERY yellow and had to exchange it. I’m so glad I did! I hope this helps!

Hi Jessica! My favorite way to use the Nars foundation is to mix a drop of serum in with a small amount of the foundation and use a damp sponge to blend! It's so much easier than using your fingers and makes it look so much more natural - also doesn't affect the staying power at all! thought I'd share with you:) Love your videos!! xx

I would love to see you try the Romand (Rom&nd) Glasting Water Tint glosses! They're Korean so unlikely to come across in the states but I am obsessed. They are the shiniest, most comfortable, not at all sticky glosses I have ever tried.

I have the NARS All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation. Found literally one bottle in my exact shade at Marshall's for less than 1/3 of the price at Sephora. It's also very thin and best applied with fingers. I bought my mom the L'oreal Le Liner in dark brown for Christmas. She has oily eyelids, so I hope it stays put.

We are often the same shade in foundations. I love Nars but don’t feel like I have a perfect match in any of their shades. I just bought Vienna, Mont Blanc and Yukon. 3 different store clerks suggested 3 different shades. I believe Yukon is the closest it’s light with pink undertone.

Jessica you and I are a similar shade in foundations from your other reviews. I have the NARS foundation in the shade Yukon. Also sponges don’t work well for it but using a dense /firmer foundation brush like tartes foundcealer brush or the Sephora collection 56 is what I use personally. Hope this helps!

Have you tried the essence shine shine shine gloss?? That is my absolute favorite gloss! It is so smoothing (I have a lot of lip lines like you), it’s not sticky, it’s hydrating, and it’s got good pigment to it. I don’t use my expensive glosses anymore because they just don’t measure up!

I used the shade Mont Blanc and it was a good shade match for me. And we are similar in shade matches. I really wanted to love the foundation, but it broke apart so badly on my nose. That’s my typical problem area. Love the eyeshadow look!!

Until I watched your first impression of NARS Soft Matte and you said use fingers to apply I had totally written it off. I’m more on the oily skin side and once I applied with fingers it was SO much better! I definitely think it’s hard to find a good shade match that’s not yellow. I chatted with the customer service online for NARS and gave my Estée Lauder shade and they said Vienna so that’s what I got. It’s better than Sahel medium 2.5 but it’s not peach undertone like it says online.

I currently have the clear (I got in a gift set) and omg! It’s wonderful upon wonderful! The formula is so good!! I wanted to try one of the milky ones, and I got the lightest color to help tone down some of the darker lipsticks I have in my collection. I think it will be just stunning. I’ve also heard really great things about the blush too. I just didn’t order that right now because I ordered the new ELF cream Blush about a month ago (love them btw, also a great formula and wears well) and I also ordered the Lunar Beauty Moon Prism palette for my daughter and I for Christmas. I hope she loves it. It’s truly a gorgeous blush palette. My teen son ended up being admitted to ICU On Christmas Eve. He’s a type 1 diabetic and is having some complications. This is the second time he’s been in ICU in 3 months. So we (our family) has not had the opportunity to get together (with our adult kids and their families) to celebrate and open gifts yet. I guess you could just add our Christmas in with the rest of the year of 2020! The weirdest, most inconvenient year altogether. Ugh. Btw, our son is back home. He got to come home late yesterday afternoon. And he’s doing much better. But lots of follow up appointments in our near future. I don’t know if I’m behind the curve here, or not, but I just discovered this new foundation from pro fusion cosmetics and it’s called feel good skin long wear skin perfector and it comes in a thin package like the Charlotte Tillberry cosmetics foundation it’s got SPF 15 medium to full coverage I just love it. I tried the cover girl clean powder the one you just mentioned because Taylor Wynn loves it so of course I had to try it and honestly it’s one of the very few drug store powders that I can get on board with but it has to be all over my face not under my eyes. It’s to drying and cakey to put under my eyes I think. By the way I seriously LOVEEEEE your speed reviews on products!!!!!
