3:30 to 3:48 I lose a ton of momentum on the XR, those are definitely 2nd gear corners. I could've easily matched the Speed Triple's time, but there's no doubt that the Triumph can get around faster. The bike is faster, now it's the rider that needs to get faster.

Aunque le recortes tiempo a la xr no hay que olvidar que es una sport touring, lo que hace valorar los tiempos y ritmos que te permite esa moto llevando suspensiones no enfocadas a circuito. FYI. The XR was completely altered in 2020. If your focus is touring, get the newer one. If your focus is sport, get a 2019 or 2018. I prefer sport, & they screwed the 4,5 & 6 up after 2019. It's really an upright Super Sport up to 19, then its half Super Sport, half touring beyond that.

Speed triple 1200 RR fits the bill there, although it’s a tad more expensive to the tune of nearly 3k!
@CubanRider3 жыл бұрын
Hey Nick, not thinking of any mods at the moment. I would like to tune it in the future and squeeze a little more power out of it, but as is it's a very capable machine. I didn't experience much trouble with the bike wanting to wheelie, it pulls pretty cleanly out of the turns. Holding on it's another matter, you really have to hold on to those bars at speed, there's not a lot of rear support for the butt and between the power and the wind, it's quite the challenge at triple digits.
