Wish I had even a sprinkling of Guy's Drive and motivation. He's a proper legend, smashes pretty much everything he gives a go, top man 👏

Guy is all business and I understand the crew erring on the side of caution but Guy is not a stranger to pushing the limits of himself and his machine and his mechanical sympathy for getting the most of it and not overdo it is amazing

Quick question @Guy Martin Proper With the motorcycle on water one, did you consider snow-machine like ski planes mounted on the front wheel/forks?
@onbedoeldekut15152 жыл бұрын
Does the bike have to be unmodified to achieve the hydroplaning record? I thought a pair of tiny skis that sit below the front forks might act as a benefit, you could probably have some there to keep the front wheel at an optimum height, as the rear wheel is doing the work pushing the bike forward. They could be set so that whatever 'angle' the front wheel hits, they're always horizontal, hopefully minimising the front pushing too deep when and if something detrimental happens. I don't know how I missed most of this series when it was on telly.

Surely Guy would know that fatter tyres are the answer, being a cyclist?
