SpeedFactory OutlAWD Final Testing

A glimpse of our last testing session before teardown for bodywork, paint, and wrap. Then heading to Maryland International Raceway.
In it's racing debut the car will be competing in the Wild Street class at World Cup Finals 2021 utilizing a 76mm turbocharger and H-pattern 4-spd PPG Dogbox transmission at 2500lbs race weight with driver.

Yeah that makes me happy too. I cant See k swap anymore :/ k's are very good. i own a 700hp k20 turbo but i love old school b series.

@@justanotherej6655 Pretty sure this car and the previous outlaw car use a billet block instead of a sleeved oem.

@@RMZrider12 yes, it’s gonna be there Billet block they offer, but it’s machining is based off the GSR block. The power levels they are pushing threw this motor i don’t expect Speedfactory to use a OEM block casing. But to the gentleman above that I was informing was info on how they get the increase of displacement besides using a CRV B20 block.

I would want this car to go 6s but awd adds weight, and the transfer case takes horsepower from the engine

Doesn't add enough weight to not go 6sec and they can make way more power than they need at that weight. It's all about shelling out money to find the proper gear ratio and probly some 1 off parts for the drivetrain to stay together.

Problem with the old FWD is that you have to cut power in the lower gears. With AWD, you can launch with the full 1400+ whp.
