I have had mine for 6 months. Its the best thing ever! The ease of use, the personal trainer, smooth resistance and just fun of it makes me actually work out religiously. I had memberships to expensive gyms but the hassle of driving, changing and smelling other people's sweat? no thank you!

Good review! I'm glad you covered the ability to add other attachments, I think that is missed in a lot of the reviews.

Thanks for the information. I was just thinking about your channel. A doctor told me I have degenerative disc disease. Working out with weights tends to give me back spasms. During the pandemic I used bands and i did not have that problem. Therefore, I might need to go back to them.

I have back issues too. Its from all the years of working out with heavy weights. Deadlifts and military press will mess your back up. So i had to stop working out for a period of time. Two years ago....i started working out again. This time...I incorporated bands and some light dumbbells. Two days ago....i went to a gym with a friend (big dude) and i was surprised that i was doing the same weight that he was. I kept up with him. I was tho a little sore the next day from lifting heavy. What i am saying is bands work and will keep you healthy. I would recommend bands to anyone.

When you tested this version, did you notice an option to pull up a web browser? There was another reviewer who said this showed up. The company said it was not suppose to be in the software. I wish I would have know about this before. My only concern if the LCD display goes bad (or the cables) can they be replaced?
@DisciplineDaveКүн бұрын
Yes I saw a web browser and yes the cables can be replaced

Bulgarian split squats, bro. Those are the leg killer and don't require a barbell across your back.

Nice but just 220 pounds? I'm no Arnold but that seems too low.

I had the Gym Monster for a while and the weight feels different than traditional weights. Even 135 felt more like 150-60. It’s definitely takes some getting used to.
