@@toxicclonejr8411 Oh it is, I fuck it up every weekend and vacation in a way I stay up till like 6:30 and wake up at like 15. You can easily fix it in two ways, either you do an all nighter one night and then go to bed earlier that day or just take melatonin and/or some other stuff that helps you fall asleep.

@@cnoix7827 Melatonin is is not bad for you, it simply boosts your natural melatonin production and if the lack of sleep is not regular, there is no harm of it. Of course, if you have to use it for a long time, you can build up a tolerance, if you will, which is not a good thing but yeah depends. Melatonin is also more effective than dph

hey Ken, as someone diagnosed with IBD the " person who has it worse than you" IBD means a lifelong disease of the bowel while IBS which you are facing is a temporary syndrome. The best advice i can give u is to keep yourself happy and have a positive mindset and if you're having any pain or flares chicken or bone broth has been a lifesaver. Take care and keep strutting

Ken, the most important thing to do/don't do for sleep, is not being on your phone before sleeping. You don't have to completely abandon all phone usage hours before sleeping, sure that will probably help, but simply not lying with your phone in bed is the "cost-effective" way to get better sleep. (I am boldly assuming that you already do this as the vast majority of people do) I hope this helps king 👑

In the past few days Ive had been playing games with my friends till 5 am for like 2 or 3 days in a row but in the next morning in all those days had something to do early leaving room for 3 or 4 hours of sleep, so my sleeping schedule was pretty dogshit, i also go to the gym, after those days i could barely keep up with my normal workout so i can relate with u my bro

I'm loving these videos lately, if you want to make your sleep quality better, try building a pre-sleep routine, such as turning technology off 1 hour before sleep, washing your face and reading a comic (that's mine) and going to sleep at the same hour interval everyday (like between 23:30 and 00:00). keep up the good work :D

I have felt that really strong tiredness once. It really is actually just sleeping more (at proper times). It wont go away for a few days after you start sleeping well. It does go away.

man, I used to leave the house as soon as I could every day. Once the chores were done at home I’d hop in my car and go to the gym, meet with friends, go to a new food spot, etc. Now, I don’t really leave the house. I feel off, I have no motivation to go to the gym, and when I run out of groceries I just won’t eat for a couple days before I drag myself to the store to grab some food

The reason that you lose sleep while working out is that your body cannot recover muscle and rest at the same time which means that you might be asleep but your body is repairing itself instead of resting.

if you are going to the gym rest is very important since your body needs to replenish the resources that werent being used before with you sitting and just playing CR and it may be that you circadian rythm might have messed up and it could be from something small like sleeping a little later or using your phone just before bed , this can be easily fixed by just not looking at any screens and hour before bed or not sleeping for a whole day even after you cant sleep at night and then sleeping at the correct time the next day cus at that point you would be too tired to not sleep and since you are going to the gym there would be extra tiredness to seal the deal

Hey Bro, maybe this will make you feel a bit better. It's totally okay to feel bad, no matter how anyone else feels. It's basically a different psychological world (feelings..).. we have 8 billion of them :D. Sometimes accepting, that you have times where you don't feel too good is basically the key. It enables you to look at your state instead of being it. "When you observe the mountains, you aren't in the mountains". You can basically never decide wich thought you're going to have next, they appear like clouds and are influenced by your surroundings, your health, experiences, genetic.. And if thoughts get overwhelming you "simply" (very hard for most people) need to accept it, wich will result in one thought not triggering a next thought. Just like positive thoughts won't bring you into a thought loop. Conclusion: It's okey that you have bad days, they will be better again. Try to "love" them - imagine being alive and never have felt the emotional side of sadness :D pretty wack, you gotta take everything you can haha. And thanks for entertaining me - you give a lot of smiles to a lot of people - try to feel the joy you give all of us :) all the best.

Try avoiding sugar 2 hours before bed, caffeine 6 hours before, and electronics. I put mine in airplane mode. I don’t have my TV on and I play light rain sounds. This is what I live by:)
