Swordplay strategy I learned myself: When they block, don’t hit vertically. It obviously loses time but if you hit the way they’re blocking, it hits. You can also block vertically to avoid their hits. Don’t try and hit rapidly because chances are they’re gonna block but once they lose their guard/are at the edge, go batshit crazy.

One thing I realized on my old wii is that in swordplay you can just hold your hand straight out, do this 2cm wide wiggle as if you had a small seizure and it would brutally grind the cpu off the cliff because it counted it as multiple hits per second xd
