I know this sounds weird but I would like to do the gasser look on my 2008 Mustang Bullitt are there steel for the rear and the 10 spokes that would fit this car available?

he is checking the section width and they are not mounted with air in them???????

Correct, but the theory is still the same. You'll need to measure the section width of the tire, wheel width and backspacing and then allow additional clearance for sidewall movement to verify proper fitment.
