Interesting that it has a esp32s3 chip on-board, it's probably more powerful than the f7 chip! It seems like it's only used for the wifi which is a bit of a waste. New fcs could do away with the f7 entirely if not for betaflight support

Great review of a full featured flight stack. Plugs and pads,sweet 👍 I like the cutout style of pads for the esc. I like rotating my esc 90° on my freestyle rigs, allows me to easily solder XT60 wires straight up. Works for me. Leds are fun bling, I've used racewire with built-in leds. Not programmable but still cool looking. Happy flying everyone. 👍😎

Interesting combo, seems very well thought out. I've not used any of the SpeedyBee stuff before, but grew more interested when I heard they were doing an ELRS configurator flasher thingy also... this stack could be the one I end up getting from them, especially as it allows for eight motors... I have an octocopter build in mind this would be great for, especially with higher amperage ESCs...

Yes, you just need to wire the tbs plug Wire to the plug wires from this stack. It is not exactly plug and play.
@pandrews012 жыл бұрын
Great video!!! I like the feature set. While soldering is an important part of FPV, I like the options to not solder, but when you do have to solder big pads are even more appreciated. Wow!!! A 50 Amp ESC is more that adequate for most peoples application. A 500mb black box is rather overkill, but useful. An "onboard battery voltage meter" something I've never seen before. USB-C (I'm waiting for this to be a global standard.) and Wi-Fi (Speedy bee standard) Awesome, 8 motor outputs, for those octo quad builders. Like you said, feature packed FC & ESC. Great video Albert. Thanks. I've been wanting to try a Speedy Bee FC/ESC for a while now (I stick to Diatone) But I think this will be a strong contender for my next FC/ESC. I appreciate your "get to the point" reviews. I prefer your presentation style. No fluff, no flash, just the facts. Thank-you for taking the time to make this highly detailed and straight forward review.

Love the video,as per usual, content is always useful, to the point, understandable (no jargon throughout the explanation of any device or product that is being reviewed) and I appreciate the entertaining work you put into each video that is released! Thank you so much and I hope you continue to deliver more videos with the amazing work that is obviously put into all of your previous content… this is a hobby that really takes someone special (like yourself) to break things down in a way that is relatable for either a beginner or someone who has been in the hobby for years. I am new to the hobby… switching from the R/C buggy&truggy racing hobby side, to this amazing “in the air” side of the hobby since I felt limited racing my vehicles due to track availability, resources for a simple place to practice without any issues or distractions and well, the list goes on… I love building and “wrenching” on these amazing products, the whole configuration was certainly an intimidating aspect, but with your videos, it has really helped me dive right into this new and exciting hobby without that intimidating feeling and because of your experience and knowledge I receive through your content…. Well I’ve fallen in love with this hobby and absolutely love the freedom that goes along…flying pretty much whenever and wherever I may feel “inspired.”

Question; why would you need an analogue VTX and a digital Air module? Or was it just an example? I love the way you pull up the schematics when going over the FC. This flightcontroller is all u could want!! 500mb blackbox it okay. Now days tuning isn't rly nessecary as Betaflight flies beautiful on default. But either way blackbox is a must to be honest.
