Thanks for the feedback! You're totally right on this one. We made some mistakes in the shipping department and things went a lot slower than they should. We've taken the criticism seriously and have already had a huge company discussion thanks to your video and have changed some policies when it comes to shipments. Slow shipment to your customers was in no way your fault! It was ours. We'll do better in the future.

My LCS has an instrument that checks purity. They told me yes it’s 24 K gold.

At least if you ask me, I don't mind my order being delayed. But what you could do, going forward, is include a disclaimer for your customers: IF you are out of stock, you don't know when the refill product will arrive, but you will notify them when they do. Something like that

I understand that you currently get the premiums back, but there's no guarantee that it'll stick and the value won't fall to melt. It may be a long-term risk if there isn't a way to ensure the premium will remain. Goldbacks do standardize the use of gold and silver in general commerce, but the buy/sell spread may also increase.

It’s great to read a comment from someone who actually understands the product. This is a really insightful and valid criticism. I hope it works and I believe it will. But you’re exactly right, there is some real risks here. It’s definitely worth being very aware of who around you accepts it. And I wouldn’t hold more GB cash than I was expecting to spend that month at those locations.

They are not an investment stacking product. They are sound money which protects you from inflation. If you spend $100USD on GBs and inflation moves by 10% The GBs will move with inflation. If you keep $100USD in your wallet you lost 10% of the value. Sound money is not an investment. it’s a hedge against inflation thats used to make daily transactions.

Subject on shipping from the manufacturer of Gold Backs. It is my belief they are manufactured in greater Portland Oregon where are the actual gold back headquarters that I don't know. But getting something from Portland to Florida in 7 Days ground is a record-breaker because when I try to import something to Astoria which is 100 miles from Portland which takes an extra day it is usually 10 to 14 days ground add a couple of days for weather. So I think you're shipping times should account for something. Like he said don't blame the distributor but also look at the big picture of they're not made in the his backyard

Our packages sat in pre shipment for almost a week before they were actually brought to the post office. Someone printed the label and packed the orders and just left them sitting there. If there was evidence in the tracking that it was actually moving then yes, it would be the post office responsible from there. But someone was just sitting on the packages instead of sending them out.

We signed my wife's business up to accept Goldbacks here in FL. We have yet to receive the Limited-Edition Graded Florida Goldback that was promised to us. I email and they gave me the same runaround about having shipping issues and said they would send it out. We will see!

I just priced a Florida 5 dollar one from a on line big company at 30 dollars. It contains 1/200 percent gold. So it would take 200 of these to equal 1 ounce of gold and cost you 6000 plus shipping. Makes no sense.

What premium do you think US junk silver was issued at compared to face ? 1921, 1931, 1941, 1951, 1961. What about silver ccy for British pounds ? French Francs? Spanish pesos? Japanese yen? You will find that sound money is often issued at 100-500% premium. We are very lucky they are as cheap as they are.
