GREAT video Brother. Got a dilemma that I can't find an answer to. Hopefully you can help. On my DX9, I have my SAFE / AS3X switch on the "A " switch. SAFE is pushed all the way back, and AS3X is toggled inwards. I really want to reverse the function on that switch by having AS3X all the way back, and SAFE pulled inwards. Can you PLEASE explain how to make that change. THANKS.

Right now I'm the newest subscriber 🤠 I just picked up a used dx8, just started figuring it out an hour ago. I've been using ix12. I hope this Dx8 don't kick my butt. Well I can use what you just showed us on my ix12. Perhaps I'll put the safe on the Dx8 knob for my grandson.

Yes that's good. Make sure you register it. At spektrum RC.com and down load the most current software save it to a SD card then transfer that to the transmitter. Depending on what it has right now you could be missing alot of the new features im talking about

This is a great video. Mine is not showing the Forward Programming. Should be turned on? I just updated mine too.

Forward programming is only available on receivers that use forward programming and is only available with gen 2 transmitters and newer . NO silver transmitters except dx18 both the receiver and transmitter need to have the firmware for forward programming. So maybe make sure both are up to date. Then bind to the receiver and go to telemetry and auto config. FORWARD PROGRAMMING IS JUST BELOW TELEMETRY IN THE function list and it will only show up when it is binder to a receiver that has forward programming. Try that and let me know
