that is what it takes for me to learn something the first time so i want to present it that way . i didnt learn these things that easy that is for sure . it took alot of time and many videos or trial and error . so if i can condince it and help some one else out with it . that is what i want to do. we dont get alot of info from spektrum or e-flite or it just doesnt jump out at us. so when i figure it out ill let everyone know

So does this mean that my dx6e can be used as well or do i have to have a dx8 or dx9? I guess I've been wowed by all the cool switches when i bought my transmitter, thinking that id be able to use all those cool switches on it but no; just 2 besides the sticks.

Hey Sean , I'm not sure if I can have safe on other raidos other than spectrum. I like spectrum but the receivers are so pricey. Like 90 bucks for one with safe and I need safe lol .I can't afford that price for more than one plane. Sorry I'm disabled and on a budget can only work part time and I really want to do this hobby with my grandson. But like I said I need SAFE. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME!

Flysky transmitter have some kind of safe system?

safe is available on several other products it is not called safe on other brands you can have a basic 5 and up chanell receiver with any radio system and install a gyro between the receiver and the servos then chanell 5 would turn it on and off. hobby eagle is a brand ill do some videoos on that subject

@@josephdale5400 Flysky FS-i6X transmitter, A8S receiver and Radiolink Byme-A stabilizer is about the best set-up for your needs Joseph. They have some limitations as you would expect at that price level but will work quite well for most of the smaller T-tail parkfliers. The Hobby Eagle Pro or Super stabilizer will give you more features but is more expensive and more fiddly to set up. Longer range receivers are available for Flysky (iA6B etc) and are just a fraction of the cost of the Spektrum receivers for similar performance.

I have a DX8Gen1 TX - and I have it bound and setup to a E-Flight Timber Evolution 1.5m - I have everything working right but when I go to telemetry and do a autoconfig - it finds and adds the AVION ESC , but when I go to select it - the screen on my DX8G1 jumps back to the main default menu page for the plane. So its like trying to get into the telemetry on the ESC jumps me out of the telemetry screen to my home default screen for flying. The DX8G1 is up to date as far as I can get it for firmware - I don’t get it .. LOL PS I’m 59 years old in your viewer demographic - but my wife tells me I act like a 25 year old ! LMAO 🤣

hey im sorry i missed this from you . my guess is the dx8 g1 is not compatable with avian . spektrum has not said that directly buy they have said that the only generation 1 radio that will do everything that is out now is the dx18 G1
