Suggest you start with WHY I want to do this and provide an example, I have no idea what this does for me, it was never presented clearly. Look at the old Mike Lee videos from Team Horizon, 2014, I watched them and learned so much in the few minutes he presented each feature, Showing an example as Mike did would also help, he was my "go to" video for the first year I was flying and you have the opportunity to do the same.

I’ll be 100% honest, this is one of those features that doesn’t have a lot of practical applications IMO for most modelers. It was difficult to think of an example use case.

This was interesting and helpful but of what value is doing this? How can it be used practically? (I am looking for a way to add spoilerons to a BNF Conscendo and maybe this can be used somehow to do this).

Dave I did a new Model and doing the same thing. Driving me nuts. Dave you know anybody else that has this model to know if this is a common issue??

I do know quite a few folks with the FW190 and this is the first I’ve heard of the flaps doing what you’ve explained.

Hi Dave, Question: on my E-flite 1.5 FW190 I have offset on elevator 15% TO Flaps and 25 % LF The plane is the flaps are set at 2sec delay as they deploy. Now the weird thing! at TO setting and LF there is a 3 second lag when the elvevator does it offset. I have never seen anything like it. I removed the 2 sec time as flaps deploy to 0 they elevator still have about 3 sec delay to go into offset and to be more accurate in my telling the elevator does move VERY slight then moves the rest of the offset as I said in appx 3 seconds. BTW I see nothing effecting free movement of servo and in general operation of the elevator no issues. Also keep in mind this plane has not had a meadian flight as yet. I know you’re not taking about a Draco, but hear me out for a second. One of the things Eflite did with the Draco is introduce an aileron to rudder mix inside the receiver programming. It’s not something that I’ve seen yet. With the FW190 being another fairly new and innovative plane, I’m curious if the flap to elevator mix might just be built in to the receiver. Try removing the flap to elevator mix completely, just use the flap setting with elevator mix set to 0% and see what happens.

Dave there does seem to be a Rudder aileron mix build in I still cannot account for the delay on a Elevator 3 second lag

@@robertglenn8759 interesting that there is an aileron to rudder mix. I assume for the flaps you have the wing type set up to 1 aileron and 1 flap and you’re doing everything from the flap system menu? This may sound like an odd request, but there are several factors that could be contributing to the issue you’re seeing. Have you tried setting up an new ACRO model, set the wing type to 1 aileron, 1 flap, set your values according to the manual and rebind? There may be something odd in the settings for your model that are causing a delay. Something in the mixes or the servo setup menus.
