+Sathy Mir If you are speaking of general spelling, then taking a few English classes really helps. Also, look into SAT word lists. If you are talking about spelling names, there really is no getting better at that. Everyone spells their names differently, so there is no way to anticipate that. In court, they will usually ask the person to spell the name. If they don't, you always have the information at hand from the clerk or court. It is really easy to get. Now for improving your stenography, there is only one thing to do: practice! I know it sounds disappointing, but just find what method works for you and practice til your fingers bleed! It's tough.

+Sathy Mir You can look through my channel. I have different videos at different speeds and some drills. I do not do these anymore, but there are lots of other people that still upload dictation. The key is just to practice in 10 to 15 minute intervals multiple times throughout the day. Don't marathon practice. Hope this helps!
