You forgot to mention you got the Gunpoint achievement, right at the start of the mission for having 4 or more trackers aim at you. Kinda redundant, since you basically get this for free, but I thought I'd mention it. :) Also something for those who struggle to get Dessa's confidence goals: If you hit an enemy twice with Garry, it does count as two hits, despite the goal stating that you need to hit X amount of enemies.

Very good point! I actually believe they changed the achievement between when I played the game before release and the final version, as I unlocked in right at the beginning in Act 1 and back then, the description said „targeted by 3 trackers“. Probably was too easy like that so the number was increased

A nice detail on how Jen and Zan were poisoned: In last episodes dialog between both of them on the deck of the ship, you can see Rion, Livs druid hitman, standing distant in den Background...

After watching the first of this series, I thought it was slow, and that I might find a swifter playthrough. Well, I tried, I really did, but it turns out, the spectacle of trial and error (T&E) is physically painful to me. So, though T&E, I learned to appreciate the way Pete skips the torture and presents the perfect plays, complete with fabulous narration. What a pleasure to behold. :)

On the note of Desa's confidence, I love how the breach animations all show the characteristics of each person. Desa doesn't bother crouching or bracing herself for the breach, she starts her stride and breaches midstride without flinching

Another Episode of "Defenestration Wizards" on "Complete" Difficulty. Banks: "Gary, use Headbutt!" 10:08 Look, cutting someone open and removing their heart is part of the whole "heart transplant" thing. So, any treatment that results in a living patient at the end is kinda the same?

Sometimes I forget what the actual, physical reality of heart transplants are, and then something/someone makes me remember, and it is so wild to me that this is a thing that *actually works* and we can do! How cool is that?! 🤯

and to be fair, doctors today don't pledge the hippocratic oath anymore. It has inspired modern Codes of Ethics, which do not include "DO NO HARM" and read more like a technical industry standard. For example point 1 of the World Medical Association's International Code of Medical Ethics (2022): "1. Nice little detail here. The druid assassin can be seen on the ship with Zan and Jen in the second conversation on board. I have a comment in the second episode of this series marking the time. This probably the moment, when Zan and Jen get poisened, which makes it a little bit clearer why you have to deal with the poisen in the first mission in Liboli.

The mech/exosuit thingy on the blue screen behind Liv during The Meet... looks... uh. Friendly. Yep. Friendly looking killin' machine right there. Totally not something you're going to have to fight later, right? ...Right? Interesting missions, the addition of a third to your team on the combat map opens up a lot more options. I'm loving the level design so far. Banks seems to have a fun creative kit opening up even more options too. Looking forward to seeing some of the endgame levels, must be wild. I wonder if you'll be able to manage with various builds or if you'll get shunted into having to take certain talent points to complete everything.

Great episode. I love this channel, and I am also really looking forward to it covering less popular games like this. However, something bugged me today. Why does Banks use that specific gamer jargon? "rezzed"? She is so professional, it doesn't fit her when she doesn't use any other terminology and has such an advanced education. I understand the game at large is targeted towards gamers, but the way she speaks is so unique compared to the other characters.

Have you ever hung out with medics/EMTs/paramedics/firefighters? It sounds like you'd be really surprised hearing how we/they speak. Not to mention the sense of humour. :p If this makes you curious, there are several very well known and hilarious EMS professionals making humour videos here on youtube that you can seek out to learn more! If not, I'll just say that her saying: 'rez' or calling something her 'rez bag' really does not feel out of place to me. Just a bit American (I'd use an 's' if spelling those), but not out of place.
