because even though explosions can break 2 tiles below them, entities are smaller than tiles, so I believe a bomb explosion isn't 3 tiles big, but somewhere between 2.75 to 2.5

Doomlunky does not modify the Cosmic Ocean, maybe it will be updated later. The bow and arrow are currently missing from the Moon and Sun challenges as well.
