you can also kill the dead ghist's body by using a freeze ray or machete

As far as I know the only way to get rid of the ghist without destroying the body (or dying) is with a camera.

@@Jubbinn_ your comment reminded me that there is another way to get rid of the ghost without destroying the body. If the cursed player dies the ghist disappears (so this obviously only works in multiplayer) but the presents also disappear with it so you'll have to open them first and not leave the ghist shop until you get everything you want because once the cursed player dies you can't get back in.

your may put that if you are not cursed and you teleport there will have no present and no ghost

Dude how tf do you do this. I've played spelunky on and off since it was a free download back in like 2011. I still can't get past the jungle in HD or the volcano in spelunky 2. It's beyond infuriating.
