First you get the udjat eye from the mines, go to the black market in the jungle and buy the ankh, use it at a weird head thing in the ice caves, then go to the temple and take this weird key, steal some book in the temple, kill some weirdo, then kill a huge boss fight, find the door, go to hell and beat 4 more levels, then kill a harder boss fight, then get through the door and it's as easy as that.

I think the reason there isn't is because the developers wanted it to be a complete challenge. You have to go through basically all of the levels to get to hell, and it would be kinda pointless to skip that. Plus how the hell (exdee) would the tunnel man get there lol.
