I think it's important for people here to realise how good a sense of humour most editors need. Look at comedy films - whether a joke lands is almost entirely in the hands of the editor. I'm not discrediting the actor and director, but a perfect joke could be ruined by the scene cutting away at the wrong time. Then when it comes to KZbin comedy videos you also have to consider the funny ways they edit each video (zoom timing etc.). There's no surprise at all that he makes everyone in the room laugh. His job is to literally make them seem funnier to us!
