Not a bad video. I like both Carr & rattler. I think carr will be fine this year, which is good for rattler because he needs to sit for at least 1 year. I also agree with the other saints fans when it comes to a rebuild, no one has any idea how long a rebuild will take. So it's not like after 1-2 seasons we're guaranteed to be a sb contender. Also, it is funny whenever a non saints fan talks about the cap situation

Hasn't demonstrated the ability to layer the ball, while Haener has excelled there. Not hitting tight windows as well as either of the other two. And his decision making both in these practices and on game film is objectively worse than either Carr or Haener.

Derek Carr will always struggle in the red zone...he's a drop back and find a open receiver kind of qb...he can not and will not anticipate his throws...thats why he struggles in the red zone it's never a open receiver in that small of a area so he won't throw it!!

@@MathisNFL we were in a three way tie to make the playoffs, we were going to beat the green bay packers but our rookie kicker blake groupe missed the game winning kick so we lost. We wouldve made the playoffs if we made that and won. The saints had the worst play calling the league last year so we upgraded with kilnt kubiak. The saints weakest positions last year was the pass rush and the oline so we fixed it by picking fuaga and getting chase young. we also added to our stacked line backer core by picking up willie gay and getting another db in koolaid mckinstry. We really upgraded this season and are winning the division, we are the only team in the south to have upgraded the defense to be really good

The NFL isn't Madden. If you "rebuild", there is no telling how long you will be bad for. The Saints went for a capable qb. You put Carr like 15-17, which is about what his contract says. I disagree that our ceiling would have been 1 playoff win last season had we won the deeper divisional tie break with the Buccs. When we faced the Lions in the regular season, we gave them a 21 pt handicap in the first like 5 or 7 minutes of the game. If you have redzone or w/e, seriously go watch that game. It was ridiculous. But in spite of this, the Saints still made it a game and lost within one score. Going 21-0 in like five or seven minutes is a fluke I doubt would be repeated. I'm not saying the Saints would have beaten the Lions in the playoffs, but they could have. If so, that would have taken them to the NFC Championship game. Also Ramczyck isn't just injured, his knee was running out of cartiledge. He underwent surgery but the recovery wasn't quite there. In all likelihood, he is essentially retired but not officially yet. The new OC really seemed to like the idea of working with Carr, it will probably fit him very well. After last season we kinda gutted our offensive coaching. Last season Carr suffered after getting injured (and he got injured in the 3rd game of the season vs Greenbay when there was less than 11 minutes left in the 4th and we led by 17 pts, which almost certainly cost us that game and who knows how it affected others, since he was playing injured). I think the next season the Saints have the chance to be a bit of a dark horse that is greatly underestimated in much of the national media. Haener had been doing very well, perhaps better than Rattler. Of course, it is Rattler's 1st season. The good thing is they hopefully have time to develop.

People that cover the saints only usually do half the work then say they’ll be 28th in the league. I really truly don’t understand how people think the bucs were so good last year but the saints had the same record and split the games between the 2 team. Baker only had 3 more tds than carr and carr missed games. You should look more into the saints they are better than you think they are.
