I'd purchase a bottle of R-V-L with the full understanding that you do not guaranty it's effectiveness. I see a lot of watches that would benefit and It'd be great to have something that, in principle, would help get more vintage Seikos looking good. So, I say yes, too high a standard.

Another fantastic 7548 video - Man I love these watches! I just got my 7548-700b back from service and it runs like a dream. However, I do wish I could change just a few things! I really wish the sweep hand would hit the markers dead on just like your restorations do. Mine lands about a third of the distance from the actual markers and it drives me nuts! Also - I really need to replace the crystal with one of your Hardlex crystals - they just look so pretty with a new piece of glass on top! I’ve been thinking about doing it myself with the basic watch tools I have (crystal press, case holder, case opener ect). Is that a crazy idea or is it a fairly easy undertaking? PS - been listening to a bit of Nick Drake lately - bloody love him! Lots of love from Down Under.

I would happily buy a small amount of " Revitalume" from you, fully aware that the results are real world and will vary on applications. I have a few watches that would benefit from whiter lume :-)

What kind of parts cleaning machine do you use? Any specific cleaning liquid/detergents?

A vintage Bulova WatchMaster multi-stage cleaner for movements, and a pretty generic / basic one-tub ultrasonic from Amazon for cases and such. The one-tub gets an ammoniated cleaner meant for clocks and such - it's super stinky. The Bulova uses two different solutions - one for cleaning, one for rinsing. I can't remember the name brand right off the top of my head.

They sort of can, but the day/day positions will be wrong as the nh35 is at 3:45, not 4.
