Another one! The rain is relentless!!! Even when you think the day is dry, the grass holds that water. I mowed 2 customer’s lawns today, same outcome. You guys did what you could. Great little mod. Still dreaming of a 36” Toro grandstand. I see it in my future.

The year is starting out very frustrating , it’s very tough physically , mentally , when u catch a break . We really try to encourage spring clean ups with our customers . Makes that first week of mowing a lot easier . At least that works for me . We will be starting our first cuts next week . But we keep getting behind with clean ups and mulch . From the rain and snow . I have always told any of my employees if we are going to get hurt on this job , it’s likely getting hit by a car . People are in a hurry and always on their phone . Keep up the good work and strive on . Your not in this alone . This is my 18 th year . No two have been the same . If it was to easy everybody would b doing it !!

Love your videos! My partner and I use chaps to protect our shins from flying rocks or sticks while trimming but best of all it keeps your pants clean from all the wet grass stains. They come in different lengths and are made by W. E. Chapps. They Velcro around your legs for easy on and off. Just a suggestion. Keep up the great work.

TQ, I always leave my trimers in the trimmer holders when re-stringing the head,. I'm short too. So it kind of hard to do the top one. Plus, I found out its easier to push the trim head in while turning the string in. You do not have all that clicking. Just a hint good job.

Years ago I bought a mesh bag for a push mower, turn out that the velcro straps work perfectly on the back resting arm of the controls. It fits between the platform & the foam rest. This is on a 36" grandstand. I agree on the shoot blocker too, using a grass flap here.

I wear the Brunt boots doing the same thing you guys do down here in Georgia. I have the lace up ones and they may be the most comfortable boots I've had as far as all day comfort. They are truly waterproof too. I would probably guess the slip on models like you wear would be of the same quality. Happy mowing guys!

I've got a lock system on my stand on fert spreader that locks the front wheels when doing side slopes . I works great when it's dry . Never tried it on a wet lawn . Not sure if it would work on a mower like yours . My fert spreader works just like your mower , free floating wheels in the front till you lock them and zero turn drive system except mine runs with a single joy stick instead for all forward ,back and other steering functions !
