@DJ Moose no it was just wrong. The crashes need to be a bit like mx bikes. Coming up short should send you over the bars, or slam your face on the bars and hang loose with the legs, and if it’s too much for you there should be an option to turn on a rookie/ beginners mode or something like that.

So milestone can keep it fun for regular players and the more die hard fans can enjoy a simulator / arcade ish game

@@Brbrnskhgf5666 i will say there are a few sections that you go very fast through but for the most part you gotta hold the gas and know when to let off to hit the jumps. It does indeed require more skill but if you’ve played the mxgp games then it should be second nature.

bad. the AI went from "racey" on realistic for me, to some tracks the AI are unbeatable even on hard. The AI have more top speed than you, you might have loose physics but the AI are strung up tight, they all ride the same line and are contact with them will only slow you down. The AI needs a serious patch. Honestly it feels just like 4, but with worse Ai and new tracks

@DJ Moose apart from the problems it had at the beginning and the awful Ui world map, multiplayer points system and the bmx as well as a few other things...lol, it’s probably my favourite still, the customisation is awesome the tracks are good and I like the physics of the bike, I think they’re making it a bit too hard for some people though. I was hating MXGP21 at first (pro physics and manual body control) cause it was too wobbly then I switched to standard physics and auto body balance and things got interresting. Best track deformation ever (minus the janky bugs comming with it), best visuals, best weather effects, challenging gameplay... I expect Supercross 5 to be enjoyable but not perfect...

I know that I am 8 days late to this video and I haven’t watched it but I just wanna say I am enjoying the game so far. I love the custom helmets because now we can wear red bull and other sweet helmets. Look the physics aren’t the best and it’s been like that for awhile but the AI is pretty fucking good and for me that makes playing offline much better and online when it works has always been fun for me

I love the game. If you start messing up you will get passed! Yes you can hear the bikes from behind creeping up and hear the exhaust. And u actually can ride the burms it's a all around dope game. You gotta train your player in career mode. I had my gf preorder mine lol

The AI makes this game borderline unplayable for me. They are beyond frustrating. Speed bursts, drifting through corners, they ride like they literally don’t see you. It feels like it’s Milestones lazy attempt to make the ai more competitive.

To me its trash.... I have played dozens of mx games and I have to say that mx vs atv alive felt the most realistic against all of them.... I feel like the developers are trying to give us thatr ealistic feel but keeping it arcade enough for everyone.... the arcade feeling just kills it for me... I just cant do that when I ride in real life and trying to scratch that itch in a game takes someone who really rides to be in the development process all the way. even mx vs atv supercorss encore felt very good.... lots of people say Reflex was the king but I feel like reflex was way too loose lol Edit: I almost forgot that mx simulator and mx bikes has really sparked my interest as far as that real feeling that some of us really crave

Once you get your skills upgraded this game is fucking awesome. So many cool feels. Ways you can whip the bike super slow and it’s more of a leaned whip. Ai is the hardest it’s ever been but still fun. I own all 5. Some tracks are awesome. Others are dog shit. No Anaheim track really sucks

I didn't think it was possible, but they pulled it off! they made almost every important aspect of the game worse! congrats Milestone! graphics are worse, bike physics are worse and 1st person sucks!!!! In 1st person you go thru a corner and instead of looking forward you are looking backwards. now having said all that, I do like that the tracks are less forgiving. I do like that they have the split screen, though I haven't tried it yet. I think the bike graphics are better. (numbers fit on the bike) The cons are just too disappointing. LAZY programmers!

I bought this about an hour ago, and it fucking sucks!. It’s been a couple years since I bought a super cross game because to me I’m just sick of the physics system that milestone use for their games, they literally tweak each game every year so that people think “hey they changed the physics”. It’s the same shit every year and this years supercross game just feels soooooo bad! I got through the first race and uninstalled. Seriously milestone NEEDS to create a new physics engine and stop using the same one since mxgp3.

Not really hate. If a game year after year remains the same with no progression then criticism is warrabned. I'm sick of people justifying and defending milestone when they put half assed effort into the sx franchise and still put the game at AAA price. Spencer wouldn't even be making these videos if the game was worth $20. The problem is that a $60 game should reflect improvement year after year. Instead of calling Spencer a hater understand that Milestone is fleecing people into buying their game over minimal improvements year in and year out with no change on horizon.
