Karen I agree about the K-Cups . I saw a video on KZbin regarding K-Cups and how they lose their freshness being in those plastic containers for long periods of time. They go from the warehouses where they are stored and then to grocery stores before we buy them. The video stated that coffee is meant to be used fresh and not be stored in those cups. I noticed my coffee not tasting the same anymore even after thoroughly cleaning out my Keurig machine on a regular basis. I bought a good old fashioned coffee machine again this Christmas and my coffee tastes great. Love your Vlogs ! Been a fan for many years. ❤

My husband & I feel the same way about coffee … several months ago we noticed K cups taste awful. We returned to a pot of coffee from our BUNN . Fyi***A pinch of salt in the coffee grounds before brewing helps remove bitterness. ❤ Holland Cooper. Karen, the tree logo in your intro w/the four seasons represented is wonderful! So clever! Yes! We still have our Keurig for the occasional need or when a guest drops by, but we now prefer the coffee pot. So glad we went back. Old style sometimes is the best!

Loved all your sweaters. I would like your opinion on leggings. I am 71 years old. I haven’t worn leggings in quite a few years because I feel I am too old. I think leggings can be super comfy and stylish at any age! You can dress them up or down, and if you're concerned about coverage, there are so many great high-waisted styles and just put on an oversized sweater and you'll look fabulous!!

We never stopped using a coffee maker. We agree coffee tastes better. We have had keurig usually when we travel or visit some family members and still do a regular pot. We make 8 cups daily. Hubby and I have big mugs and love it!

I absolutely could never use K cups. My husband seems to like them, but not me. I am so particular about my coffee and I must use decaf. I use a Cuisinart 4 cup pot. I use 4 LARGE scoops of my carefully curated decaf (must be a light roast, but I use a LOT of coffee and I add water for 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 cups at the inside measure. I use half and half and no sugar as I appreciate the taste of the coffee. I only drink that amount once/day - that is enough for me. Also, I never get Starbucks or rarely any other coffee houses as it is never as good as my own. I guess you could say I'm fussy, haha. I wish I could drink regular coffee, but that and tea and dark chocolates can give me mild panic attacks. so, obviously, that is why I avoid!

I use Kuerig as only drink one mug, my husband does a pot but he drinks decaf so…. I was going to get the duo Kuerig last go around but it had such poor reviews of not working long. I fact my DIL had one and did indeed as other bad reviews. If anyone has a recommendation for a good duo. Rand for k cup and pot of coffee, would love to hear your ideas. We got a good amount of snow but quite a bit of sleet, freezing rain too. I am in fact have 🤞cause Amazon says delivering the black fair isles cardigan this evening. Our subdivision is dicey with ice but temps up today and plow went by again. More snow tonight and tomorrow but no ice, only 2 to 4 inches this time. Will take snow over ice pretty much anytime. Then I got rid of my Keurig and bought a Nespresso. I just never really liked it. Then seeing you with all the different K cups . Last year I bought a Cuisinart that's like yours with coffee pot and also K cups.
