Loved this vlog! 😍 don’t ever worry about the fact you’re aching after a work out, it doesn’t mean you’re on the verge of injuring yourself. It’s called DOMS delayed onset muscle soreness, which is a common thing when you’ve worked out and worked muscles you don’t usually use. So please don’t feel like you can’t train after! I train whilst experiencing doms, and to be fair once you’ve warmed up your muscles again, you won’t feel it 💪🏼😏 just sharing useful info xxx

Big audio difference between your camera and your phone. The camera is more crisp and clear visually and sounds clearer as well. I also feel you can see more in the shot when you use your camera but that may just be placebo because you're not holding it in your hand in the car. Hope this helps you love you ❤ 💕
