I just wanna say thank you! I love to watch your videos when i'm practicing darts in my room. Today I was debating a run before practicing and I decided against it, busy day at work, couldn't drag myself out. Was throwing and watching your video and you kept going on about an easy 30min run and how its so short and easy, its literally 30mins!! You inspired me to get my act together and go for a run! Just ran 7km and i'm so pleased i went (always pleased once its done). But i just thought, it doesn't need to be quick, doesn't need to be long, just get out for an easy run! Ended up defo not being an easy run and i ran up a fat hill that i hate lol! I came across a group of runners also running up and down the hill and it was great just to interact and know exactly what each other were going through, its a tough hill!! Thanks Zoe! Time to actually finish the vid :)

Tip: buy deep freez fruit? Cheaper and it's harvested and freezed by the minute! And só many things you bought, you can make yourself? No judgement! On sundays I useally make soup, which I can eat for lunch or diner all week! 😘

I usually watch on the treadmill but I’ve injured my Achilles so I’m out now for 6 weeks 😭😭😭 Watching from the bike today but you’ve motivated me to crack on with my recovery and get strong again! Stuffed tomatoes with mince . Mince , parsley, onions , garlic, tobasco sauce stuff the tomatoes they put remaining mince around the dish and then some oxo gravy and cook for an hour.

You should try the maggi seasoning bag - you literally put your meat of choice or even salmon and add some veggies add the seasoning pouch and put it in the oven for 45 mins - UNREAL! I cook for just me and helps with meal prep :) Love your videos and currently trying to train to enter Hyrox with my boyfriend next year :)

Having fish tacos tonight! Taco shells, sweet paprika, cucumber, lettuce, fish (made in airfyer to get it crispy) and the sauce is made up of avocado, lime juice and lactose free yogurt 😁

When doing power cleans try to drive your elbows up straight away as you catch the bar! Will allow you to take more load onto your shoulders instead of your wrists :)

R groceries here in ca. Are crazy! What I use to spend 200 at Costco is over 400$ like the blueberry package you had there is more like 8.99 here... the 2 packages of meat chicken breast and hamburger meat was almost 80$ its insane!
